How do I use the IT Solution Provider Service?

Call us and tell us what you want to do.			Start by calling us and describing your problem. We will often schedule a call back so that we can get you some specific information. We will ask you questions some specific questions about the way you do business, what computer systems you currently use, and what IT resources are readily available to you..
MTI researches your solution.			MTI will do some initial research. We will look for such things as: what products already exist that can help what software platforms are compatible with your own and best suit your needs how much customization will such products require what level of expertise is required of the technical staff on our end and on yours
MTI calls you back to give you an outline of what it will take.			MTI will return your call and present an outline of what it will take to provide you with a solution. If it was easy to solve we may provide you with the names of products and companies that can help you. If you solution requires a more custom solution we lay out the steps which are involved, how much you can expect to pay, and what choices you have. MTI provides the above consultations free of charge.
You make a decision to go further.			If you decide to move forward MTI performs the same steps as above, but in much more detail. We do such things as: ask about what budget constraints we are to work under ask you for exact specifics about what you want the solution to do. ask to speak with any of your IT people who are involved ask to see any related software or materials that we the solution will have to work with attain evaluation versions of any products that will be used to build your solution
We offer a detailed quotation.			MTI will offer a detailed quotation, at which time we can discuss what expenses we can reasonably cut and how your money is best spent. The quotation can then be signed into an agreement and MTI starts on your solution.
Development.			MTI works with you throughout the development process to make sure the product meets your preferences.
Quality test and teaking.			You put the product to use and find out if there is any way to make it better. We make such improvements and test again.
Roll out.			MTI delivers the product to you or to your event. We are available to train the users, deliver it to the venue, and support it throughout the event.
